We often dismiss “the Why” in what we do. Yet, if we know why we do what we do, we’ll probably stick to the course at hand more so than if we didn’t know. Your Bikram Yoga class carries many “whys” – take a listen. And the “why’s” don’t stop with just the body, it’s the mind too. How many of you leave class holding a different perspective on a topic that was on your mind just before class. Even your mind gets an adjustment coordinating and sorting your thoughts to be more useful and ready as you need them!
