I have a challenge for those of you practicing 2-3 years. When you take the yoga, be the first one in the pose and the last one out of the pose. So every posture, 26 of them, you’re the first one
in and you’re the last one out. It’s gonna teach you discipline, creating habits to be more than what you are right now and I guarantee you’re gonna see a break in patterns and development in depth. You’ll be born again.
