DailyM 53: Pulling is the Object of Stretching

In a lot of postures we’re asking you to pull by first creating a grip. A Bikram grip, a safe grip in order for you to pull properly to create the stretch. The reason why that’s so unique is because we’re using equal and opposite force to create a stretch. The object of pulling is stretching. Stretching IS the exercise and creates the flexibility you are after.
