You need your Bikram yoga practice using your body to help reach your mind. This is probably, for most of us, our first experience into self-realization. We hear it a lot; those of us that do a practice, those cosmic mirrors are giving you information about who you are, so that you can make changes on your path if you need to – to go on the right road.
