Your yoga class allows you to acquire a very balanced body and a very calm mind. We use the postures as a way to train the mind. 90-minutes where you stay focused, so you come out with a sense of easy and a sense of satisfaction as you go about the rest of your day. But it takes a lot of work to get there, so you have to be super careful with the distractions that come along with whatever you are bringing in the room.
