DailyM 80: Ida Ripley

Thank you Ida Ripley for the backbending workshop last week! 2 things in particular (to remind us that yoga is a healing modality):

1. There is effort, you have to put in a lot of effort to doing the postures correctly.

2. There is ease, relaxation and breathe in the pose. Go into the posture the right way, have the effort, and stay with your breathing.
