DailyM 85: Fine Tune your Body to Help you Through Stressful Situations
Thank you Allan Santos who is a teacher and a life coach for hosting our last clinic! Our teacher clinics lately have been on connection and embodiment. From this last clinic, we learned two valuable lessons:
1. The power of the other, knowing that you are capable of doing so much more for somebody else than you would do just for yourself.
2. Your yoga practice will get your body finely tuned like you would tune an instrument – this is what will carry you forward throughout the day in stressful situations.
