DailyM 87: Intensity
Thank you for your love and the congratulations as I took 1st place in the 50+ Women Division USA Yoga National Championships 2018!
A few things that I learned:
1. Be consistent. Practice 5-6 times per week. (Stay hydrate!)
2. Really try, practice with intensity!
3. Precision. Do the postures in the right way. Do it with integrity.
