Why do we do the 60 day challenges? So you learn frequency. This practice is meant for you to do 5-6 times per week. This is a healing modality, to help your circulatory system, to help your body work optimally. Come listen to the stories of different individuals and why they did the 60 day challenge, some healed their knee, some need it because they can’t sleep at night, and some are here for mental reasons.
